Please remember that communication is key and discuss unforeseen or extenuating circumstances with me ASAP. I am a very patient and understanding person and I am to treat all clients in a professional manner with integrity. However, I do have rules in place to protect my time and availability to other clients. Appointment confirmations are sent via text and email 3 days before your appointment. Please notify me of any changes or cancellations at that time. *It is very important that you confirm your appointment.* If you do not confirm your appointment, you risk losing your appointment and deposits are not refundable. While this may be inconvenient, this helps prevent clients from forgetting about their appointments and helps to avoid no-call no-shows. Cancellations within 48 hours due to avoidable circumstances or lack of communication will be charged 25% of booked service. No call no shows will be charged 50% of booked services will be added to the client ban list. I understand things happen, so please contact me ASAP if this occurs. PLEASE BE ON TIME! Depending on my schedule with other clients that day you may be asked to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late because this causes me to not be on time for my additional appointments which is an inconvenience to my other clients. A new deposit will be required if you are late and need to be rescheduled.
